30-Day Return Period
A return request may be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be considered eligible, the automotive accessory must:
Remain unused and in its original condition
Include all original packaging
Show no signs of damage, alteration, washing, or use
Be returned with an order confirmation or other proof of purchase
TacnnVzm™ may decline items that do not satisfy these requirements.
Starting a Return Request

A brief explanation of why you would like to return the item
After approving the request, we will send you the return instructions and confirm the appropriate mailing address. Items sent back without contacting us and receiving approval beforehand may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We recommend inspecting your order promptly after it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

Clear photographs of the product
Images of the original packaging and shipping label
A short description of the issue
Once the information has been reviewed, we will assist you with a suitable resolution.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
Returns may not be available for:

Exchanges
If you would prefer another product, the quickest option is to return the original item first. After the return has been approved, you may submit a new order for the automotive accessory you want.
14-Day Cooling-Off Right for EU Orders
Customers whose orders are shipped to the European Union may have the right to cancel or return their purchase for any reason within 14 days after receiving it, without providing an explanation.
The product must remain unused, be kept in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase to qualify.
Refund Processing
We will inspect the returned merchandise after it reaches us and notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds are issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase. Processing may require up to 10 business days, and your bank or card issuer may need additional time before the funds appear in your account.
